Below are answers to commonly asked questions.


Can I wash 212 gloves?

Some 212 Performance Gloves are washable. If a glove is washable, you will find washing instructions on a tag on the inside of your gloves.

Can I get a replacement for a damaged glove?

As gloves are consumable and will wear down after repeated use, we only offer replacements for manufacturing flaws. Please email [email protected] if you need a replacement glove.

Can I buy in bulk?

Please email [email protected] if you are interested in buying in bulk.

Returns & Exchanges:

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?

Yes, we want to make sure your gloves fit perfectly so we provide free exchanges for new items with packaging intact. We are not able to exchange used gloves or gloves not in packaging. Please email [email protected] if you need to exchange sizes.

Can I return all or part of my order?

Yes, we allow partial or full order returns. Just email [email protected] if you need to return anything.


We accept returns of new, unused items with packaging attached within 60 days of your order. In most cases, we'll refund 100% of your order, but we do reserve the right to withhold up to 25% in restocking fees for irregular returns. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items and will not include original shipping costs. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.


If you have a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it free of charge. Please  email [email protected] and include a photo of your item to get a replacement.
